Our certified doors
Hygenix steel doors offers substantial benefits over comparable any other doors in strength, durability & security. The range is available fire-rated up to E120 and UKCA | CE marked to BS EN 14351-1 , tested to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22, and BS EN 1634.
Frame types
Our frames are manufactured from 1.5 mm thick ‘Rustec’ steel with a minimum of six fully adjustable fixing points are provided to each jamb. Most are supplied with unique ‘Adjust- 2-fit’ side channels with each frame. Frames are powder coated and available in variable models as per our standards (Single Rebate, Double Rebate, Flange Frame&50mm Frame Assembly)
Door options
Our 44mm door leaf thickness incorporating an integrated astragal for added security. Comprising of 1.2mm
‘Rustec’ steel sheets, the leaf skins are mechanically interlocked and internally bonded, proving greater stability and protection against de-lamination.
Available in wide range of elevations including glass, louver and flush panels.
Door ironmongery
Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral high security dog bolts are fitted as standard with CE marking. Other hardware available in wide range including exit and electrified devices.
